🔥 Tips for Perfect Gameday Chicken Wings
For the best gameday chicken wings, make sure the wings are completely dry before seasoning to help the skin crisp up during cooking. Using a wire rack allows airflow around the wings and promotes even cooking. You can finish the wings at a higher temperature to tighten the skin before saucing, or serve them dry with sauce on the side for maximum crunch. These wings pair well with classic buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, or dry rubs depending on your crowd. If you’re new to smoking meats, check out my [Beginner’s Guide to Smoking].
