Ingredients for Smoked Pulled Pork Nachos

  • 1 Bag of Favorite Corn Tortillas Chips
  • Diced Red Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Fire Roasted Sweet Corn
  • 1/4 Cup Black Beans
  • 1/4 lb Smoked Pulled Pork
  • Favorite BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar
  • 1 Bunch Green Onions

Instructions

  • 1. Layout chips on sheet pan
  • 2. Sprinkle onions, beans, corn, pulled pork and cheddar on chips
  • 3. Drizzle BBQ Sauce over all
  • 4. Place in Broiler or Smoker 500° for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts
